As Head of Group Real Estate & Facilities, your key responsibilities will include:

Strategic Leadership and Coordination
Develop and implement strategies for managing NCC's office spaces across the Nordic region. Ensure alignment with NCC’s Activity-Based Workspace (ABW) concept and workplace directives. Lead efforts to consolidate NCC offices within the same city or location to enhance efficiency and promote office designs that inspire employees and foster collaboration.

Cost Efficiency and Budget Management
Oversee overall cost management and optimize office space utilization. Ensure all lease agreements, renovations, and technical changes align with financial goals. Analyze and report on budget performance, timelines, and productivity to drive improvements.

Facility Management and Operational Responsibility
Oversee activity-based office operations, ensuring compliance with set standards. Coordinate maintenance, technical upgrades, and security solutions. Collaborate with line managers and office managers to implement improvements.

Governance and Continuous Improvement
Ensure adherence to NCC’s Workplace Process, updating it based on best practices. Conduct annual reviews of directives and processes to align with business needs and communicate changes to guidelines and processes across the organization.

Your Experience and Background
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced real estate and facilities executive to join a high-performing team in shaping the future of NCC's workplaces. We are looking for a self-driven leader with at least 10 years of experience in property management or a related field within a large Nordic organization. You have a proven track record in leading complex facility management projects, including budgeting, reporting, and change management. Your strong understanding of Activity-Based Workspaces (ABW) and your ability to align office solutions with strategic goals make you a valuable asset. You possess solid analytical skills and experience in cost management and space optimization. Your excellent leadership and communication skills enable you to engage stakeholders at all levels. As a mature and solution-oriented leader, you are dedicated, driven, and have a natural interest in how your work contributes to business success. With a proactive mindset and structured approach, you support the development of NCC Group, working collaboratively while also making decisive choices when needed. Fluency in English and Swedish is required for this role.
