You will join the Group function “Finance & IT”, which leads NCC´s strategic development and major change programs in the business. Finance & IT is NCC’s development and delivery function for IT as well as operations development and research & innovation. We are a Nordic organization working together closely under one common management. Cooperation in- and between units is key for us to deliver value to NCCs business areas, and therefore we have adapted an Agile team-based setup with a focus on collaboration, people and efficient delivery and development.
How You’ll Add Value
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our analytics transformation. By empowering teams to effectively use data, you’ll help us make informed decisions that drive growth and enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise will not only shape our analytics strategy but also inspire a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the organization. You are a technical expert in Power BI and help set the future best practices within this area.
As a Data Analyst and Empowerment Lead, you will:
Reporting and Visualization: Create compelling visualizations and reports that communicate complex data in a clear and engaging manner.
Empower Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a data-driven culture, providing training and support to enhance their analytical skills.
Advanced Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytics techniques and data modelling to extract meaningful insights from our data and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
Establish Processes and Structures: One of our main goals is enabling self-service BI. You help develop and refine processes and structures around Power BI to ensure our analytics capabilities are robust, efficient, and scalable.
Your Profile – Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with Power BI and data visualization tools, along with a solid understanding of data analysis techniques.
Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to turn data to easily actionable reports
Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication skills with a knack for working effectively across diverse teams.
Empowerment Focus: A passion for teaching and empowering others in data literacy and analytics skills.
Problem-Solving Ability: Strong critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges.
Language Skills: You are fluent in Swedish, and in English.

Additional information
This position is in Stockholm, you will be working closely with our stakeholders located at our office in Stockholm, Sweden. And The position may require some travelling within the Nordic countries, although we do apply a flexible way of working and strive to collaborate digitally as much as possible. In accordance with NCC:s safety culture we conduct background checks on final candidates.
