Your Role and key responsibilities

As our Business Analytics Product Owner, you'll be the driving force behind the success of our service consumer/business relationships, product development, delivery, and operations. Your influence extends to product lifecycle management and managing service providers. But here's the twist – we're not just about hard skills, we're about lifting each other through empowerment activities.

Your experience and background

  • Empowered Education: An academic degree in IT is a plus, but what sets you apart is your passion for empowerment activities.
  • Experience that Speaks: You have several years of experience in Business Analytics, hands-on experience in developing solutions, and a knack for stakeholder management. Your leadership skills are excellent, making you a perfect fit for our team.
  • Language of Connection: Fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages – communication is your superpower.
  • Problem-Solving Guru: We value individuals who thrive in solving challenges. Your ability to approach problems with creativity and strategic thinking is a crucial asset.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft products, such as Power BI and Azure, is a bonus. But what matters most is your curiosity about new ideas and your receptiveness to change.

You will join the Group function “Finance & IT”, which leads NCC´s strategic development and major change programs in the business. Finance & IT is NCC’s development and delivery function for IT as well as operations development and research & innovation. We are a Nordic organization with 150+ employees working together closely under one common management. Cooperation in- and between units is key for us to deliver value to NCC’s business areas, and therefore we are currently transforming to an Agile mindset and way of working in Agile teams.

 

Additional information 

This position can be in any of our major cities in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. The position may require travelling 1-2 days a month within the Nordic countries, although we do apply a flexible way of working and strive to collaborate digitally as much as possible.
