We are seeking a driven, curious and resourceful individual to join our team in a diverse position where you work both as an Enterprise Architect and a Business Solution Manager. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to develop as an enterprise architect in a team with experienced enterprise architects and meanwhile likes to establish and develop supporting structures, processes and solutions that enable more efficient analysis and decision-making for architects and stakeholders throughout the whole development lifecycle.
In the Enterprise Architect scope, you are responsible for the holistic view, providing guidance and setting the strategic direction for business change as well as being a big part of enabling that change. You ensure that NCC’s application, information, integration and IT infrastructure landscape is optimized to enable our capabilities and support the efficient use of information in our business processes.
As our EA Business Solution Manager, you’ll be responsible for the management, maintenance and development of our EA solution and related processes to meet current and future needs from our key business stakeholders. You’ll be key in ensuring that the related processes and data quality are robust enough to support design and insight-driven decision-making and analysis for architects, as well as meeting the needs from our business stakeholders and content owners. In this role you’ll drive value and efficiency by improved collaboration among architects in providing tool support for decision-driving visualizations to stakeholders.

This position will play a key role contributing to this long-term goal.
Key responsibilities EA scope
- Manage, develop, and align our architecture to the strategic direction.
- Drive the definition and realization of target states/target architectures.
- Work closely with colleagues and internal/external stakeholders and teams, enabling solutions compliant with guidelines and target architectures.
- Actively contribute to projects with guidance, expertise, structural capital and design insights linked to the entire technology stack.
- Be responsible for developing and implementing appropriate architecture principles, standards, and guidelines.
- In a proactive and consultative manner secure an optimized and fit-for-purpose technology landscape.
- Review and guide demand evaluations, initiatives and change coordination from an architectural perspective.
- Ensure that new IT services and significant changes to services and platforms are designed and implemented with a holistic perspective.
Key responsibilities BSM scope
- Solution development and road mapping: Maintain and develop our utilization the EA solution, ensuring it provides significant value to our stakeholders. Development and governance of reports and scripts in line with needs from our stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with architects, IT teams, and other business stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure that our processes, content and structure meet their needs.
- Data Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce data quality processes/routines to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data within the EA solution.
- Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain documentation and modeling guidelines for working in the EA solution and related processes. Promote and provide training to users to ensure effective utilization.
- Integration and Automation: Facilitate the integration of business processes and tools/platforms as needed, leveraging the full potential of the EA solution. Striving for automating manual architecture and design analysis work, continuously enhancing the data insights and operational efficiency for our stakeholders.
- Providing EA modeling and content support: Provide content and modeling support to architects/stakeholders in initiation, execution and harvesting of initiatives. Drive regular architecture/modeling related networks.
Your profile
We believe that you have at least 5 years of experience from a similar position, and a bachelor’s degree within Computer Science or another relevant field. We see it as positive if you have a certification within enterprise architecture. You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. It is important that you are fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages, both verbally and written. Experience in ITIL and Agile processes are also an important asset.

- Experienced in managing and structuring architecture content and optimizing ways of working in an EA Solution. Experience of similar work in Sparx Enterprise Architect is a plus.

Additional information
This position is preferably located at our headquarters in Solna, Stockholm. But for the right fit the role could also operate from other major cities in Sweden, Denmark, Finland or Norway. The position may require travelling, although we strive to collaborate digitally when applicable.
In accordance with NCCs safety culture we conduct background checks on final candidates.
You will be reporting to the IT Competence Manager whilst working cross-functions in an Agile team driven by the Lead Enterprise Architect who are the position’s functional manager.
